I’ve tried making a bigger version of one of my watercolour postcards of New York – it’s now 20x30cm on 300gsm paper.
My two wonderful friends Anjali and Dom have bought two of my America paintings, and I’ve also finally given them their San Francisco painting that I did for them ages ago!

I had an urge to do another version of my New York reflections watercolour postcards in acrylics yesterday… Below is the original postcard, my first version and the second. One day I am going to buy a giant canvas and do another huge version of it.
I’ve been doing some larger scale acrylic versions of my favourite postcards from my 2014 artathon so far (sponsor me here!)
Its now been 5 months since I quit my job and have been at home rehabilitating my arms through the power of art (not recommended by physios) .
