This Easter we went to see my parents in the Lake District and managed to coincide our visit to also see my sister and her family and one of my brothers and his family too, so the girls had lots of cousin time! The hot water broke down at my parents house while we were there so my brother and dad discussed the heating system endlessly. They would talk for hours each day just about the heating system, it was amazing. It also had no effect on the hot water production. Other than that though, it was a great trip despite us not being able to climb any of the hills as Isabel is at a bit of an awkward age where she will no longer fit in the hiking rucksack but can’t be guaranteed to walk any distance whatsoever. Hopefully next year!
