I have a pregnant friend in Aus and she is also terrible at remembering to do her kegel exercises so we are Whatsapping motivational (abusive) reminders to each other .
I think my pregnancy app updates have taught me more about relative fruit and vegetable sizes than anything else.
It is so strange feeling a little person moving around inside of you! (I’m 29 weeks pregnant at the moment) . He/she seems to be particularly active at about 10:30 at night, so I’m hoping that doesn’t continue once it’s out!
