For the girls half term holiday we went to Limburg, which is an hour and fifteens minutes drive from Brussels. We got a bit unlucky with the weather because it rained everyday we were there when there had been an almost 2 month long drought in Brussels just before we left. There is so much to do there though that it worked out fine, we managed to time our excursions to walk on the sand dunes and see the amazing cycle paths through the trees and the water for when it was dry, and to go to the indoor playground and pool area when it was wet.

We had no dry towels left by the end of the week and the entire mobile home was covered in a fine layer of sand, but all in all it was a successful #flightfree trip!
