My daughter has been going to a local French speaking creche since she was 9 months old. We only speak English at home to her so all the French she knows is from the creche and it is hilarious to hear her laying into her dollies at home. Don’t get me wrong she loves the creche, and spends ages comforting her dollies too and whispering ‘ma bichette’ (my honey) to them, and I know they are really lovely to her there, but it clearly must be a nightmare trying to control eleven toddlers!
